A fuller privacy notice covering how Ghausia Homes Ltd will handle information about young people, staff and professionals as a service will be published before the service opens. It is being prepared with the rest of our policies and is not summarised here in advance.
This website
What this site collects
This site is a set of information pages. There is no account, no login, no tracking or advertising technology and no analytics profiling built into it.
- Forms
- The professional enquiry form sends your name, organisation, work email, optional work phone number, enquiry category and consent confirmation to our own secure backend, where they are stored with the date and time. There is no free-text box and no way to attach a file.
- Cookies
- This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Any storage used is strictly necessary to serve the pages you request.
- Server logs and anti-spam
- Like any website, requests may be recorded by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability. When the enquiry form is used we also store a one-way coded fingerprint of the connection, used only to limit repeated automated submissions. It cannot be turned back into an address, and these records are not used to build a profile of you.
- Information about young people
- None is collected here, and none should ever be sent here. See what is safe to send on our contact page.
Professional enquiries
If you contact us
The enquiry form asks a professional only for their name, organisation, work email, an optional work phone number, a broad enquiry category and confirmation that they have read this notice. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.
We use those details for one purpose: to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. They are validated and stored by our own server-side code, they are not readable by anyone visiting this website, and no third-party service is sent a copy. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for marketing you did not ask for.
Submitting the form does not trigger an automated email to you, because we have not yet published a monitored, verified mailbox for this service.
We will publish the legal basis, the retention period and the full set of your rights in the complete privacy notice, alongside the named contact responsible for it. A retention period has not yet been approved, so we are not going to state one here.
Never send us a young person’s personal information by ordinary email or through a web form. See what is safe to send and how referrals will work.

Asking us about your information
Under UK data protection law you have rights over information about you, including the right to ask what is held, to have it corrected, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
A contact route for data protection questions will be published on our contact page before the service opens. Until then, this site holds nothing you would need to ask us about.
